Watford target Premier League star as Leeds United get £2.5m news

With signing in mind, Watford are looking at Sheffield United midfielder Ben Osborn.

The 29-year-old featured 24 times in the Premier League last season. And he was set to remain at Bramall Lane, despite being out of contract.

Watford are currently in pole position to sign him but Derby County are also interested.

Competition for Natan Girma

Also on Watford’s radar is Reggiana midfielder Natan Girma, who has impressed in Serie B.

Leeds United, however, are also interested in the 22-year-old midfielder.

The Yorkshire Evening Post states Leeds could secure Girma with a £2.5million offer.

Championship clubs are believed to have been tracking Girma. Girma has scored five goals and provided three assists in 26 league matches.

Watford and Leeds are also getting set for promotion bids next season.

Now, fans are glued to their TVs and internet waiting to see whether their team has made a major splash in free agency.
