Leeds United dealt another blow in the promotion push as the highly-rated forward expected to miss the Bristol City showdown.
Ramazani, who opened the scoring in the 2-1 win over Watford, limped off with an ankle injury.
That expected absence adds to manager Daniel Farke’s injury problems for the ties, with captain Ethan Ampadu and midfielder Ilia Gruev ruled out.
On an already challenging week, fullback Junior Firpo is suspended for the weekend’s clash.
Leeds’ Injury Crisis Continues
Leeds United are in quite good form, even though they have multiple important players missing through injuries (Ampadu and Gruev), injured Ramazani being the latest one.
This has crippled Farke and left him with few options, but free-agent signing Josuha Guilavogui provides potential midfield relief.
Will Leeds Turn to the Transfer Market?
Leeds could now target more attacking reinforcements this month with Ramazani gone.
Ramazani’s Instagram was a suggestive one, confirming our suspicions that this will be yet another lengthy recovery putting even more strain on the squad.
Leeds fans will be hoping for a speedy recovery for their injured stars as the club continues its promotion chase.
