Adidas ready to elevate Leeds United to “elite’ standing, joining Man United and Real Madrid – Report

by Alex Matthews

Leeds United could be joining the ranks of top Adidas clubs like Manchester United and Real Madrid by the 2025/26 season.

As Leeds aim for Premier League promotion under Daniel Farke, their owners, the 49ers, are planning off-field growth.

Adidas’ partnership with Leeds has been successful, with popular kit sales, and now Leeds may receive “A+” elite treatment, along with custom merchandise perks.

Though not confirmed, Leeds’ commercial strength is pushing them into elite company, particularly if they return to the Premier League.

Adidas divides teams into tiers: “A+ Elite,” “A Elite,” “A- Elite,” and “B Premium.”

Leeds currently sit in the B Premium category but are being considered for an upgrade based on their kit sales and fanbase.

With Newcastle and Roma likely getting upgrades, Leeds remain strong contenders if they achieve promotion.

This would mark a significant milestone for the club, showing their growing influence both on and off the pitch.
