Leeds United Plot Bold “£32m Double Swoop” to Light Up the Summer: Fans Will Love This Plan!

by Alex Matthews

Leeds United are back in the Premier League and fans are buzzing. After winning the Championship title under Daniel Farke, the Whites are ready to prove themselves in the top division.

With Burnley and Sunderland joining them, it’s going to be a big season ahead. Now, the club is looking to make smart signings to help them stay up and compete.

Farke Wants Buendía Back in His Team

One player Leeds are looking to sign is Emiliano Buendía from Aston Villa. Reports say the club have already spoken about a move. The fee is expected to be around £16.8 million, which could be a bargain.

Buendía is no stranger to Farke. The two worked together at Norwich City where the Argentine playmaker had a great spell. He scored 24 goals in 121 games and helped Norwich win promotion.

Farke knows how to get the best out of him, and that connection could help if the deal goes through.

Buendía’s time at Villa hasn’t been easy. He fell out of favor and went on loan to Bayer Leverkusen. There, he got more minutes and scored twice in 14 matches.

Now, at 28 years old, he’s ready for a fresh start. Leeds could be the perfect place for him to get back on track.

Leeds Also Want Hamer from Sheffield United

Leeds aren’t stopping at Buendía. They’re also eyeing Gustavo Hamer from Sheffield United. The midfielder had a top season in the Championship and is now attracting interest from Premier League clubs.

Hamer joined the Blades in 2023 for £15 million and has been a standout performer. He scored 10 goals last season and has 15 goals in 84 matches overall for the club.

With Sheffield United missing out on promotion, Hamer may want to move to a Premier League side and Leeds are ready to make their move.

The Dutch midfielder made his name at Coventry City, where he scored 19 goals in 132 matches. He’s known for his energy, passing, and long-range shots. If Leeds sign him, he could bring real quality to the middle of the park.

Big Plans for Premier League Survival

Daniel Farke and the club know how tough the Premier League will be. That’s why they’re working fast to sign players who already have experience at this level. Buendía and Hamer would both improve the team and give Leeds more depth.

Fans will be hoping these signings happen soon. The club is in a good place after promotion, and the right moves now could help them stay in the Premier League for years to come.
