Largie Ramazani enjoyed a special afternoon as Leeds United’s loan players were in action across Europe and England. The Belgian winger was the clear standout, delivering a late moment of drama to help his side win a tight La Liga match.
While some Leeds loanees impressed, others had a more difficult time away from Elland Road.
Leeds United is keeping a close eye on several players currently out on loan, and Saturday’s action gave the club plenty to think about as the season moves forward.

Ramazani Delivers Late Drama for Valencia
Ramazani has not found life easy in Spain so far. The 24-year-old winger has often been used as a substitute and once again started on the bench for Valencia in their home game against Espanyol.
With the match locked at 2-2 and time running out, Valencia boss Carlos Corberan decided to roll the dice late on.
Ramazani was brought on with only minutes left on the clock as part of a triple change. It looked like the game was heading for a draw, but the Leeds loanee made an immediate impact. His sharp run into the box caused panic in the Espanyol defence.
A blocked effort followed, and after a brief pause, the referee pointed to the spot deep into stoppage time.
Rather than passing the responsibility, Ramazani took the ball himself. Still waiting for his first goal for the club, the pressure was huge.
He stayed calm, sent the goalkeeper the wrong way, and fired the ball home. The goal sealed a dramatic 3-2 win and sparked wild celebrations from the home fans.
It was a big moment for Ramazani and a reminder of his quality. Leeds will be pleased to see him showing confidence and composure in a pressure situation at a high level.

Tough Start for Jack Harrison in Italy
Elsewhere, it was a more difficult day for another Leeds winger. Jack Harrison made his debut for Fiorentina after joining the Italian club on loan until the end of the season. The 29-year-old started on the bench for the Serie A clash against Cagliari.
Harrison was introduced just before the hour mark, with Fiorentina already 2-0 behind. He worked hard down the flank and tried to add energy to the attack.
Fiorentina did manage to pull one goal back in the final stages, but the comeback never fully arrived.
Cagliari held firm and took a 2-1 win, leaving Fiorentina stuck near the bottom of the table. It was not the debut Harrison would have hoped for, but he will be aiming to make a bigger impact as he settles into Italian football.

Goals, Starts and Learning Time for Other Leeds Loanees
Back in England, Joe Gelhardt had a positive afternoon with Hull City. The striker was handed his first start since returning from injury and played a key role in Hull’s 2-1 home win over Swansea City.
The victory helped Hull stay fourth in the Championship, and Gelhardt’s fitness will be a big boost for both Hull and Leeds.
In League One, teenage midfielder Harry Gray continued his development with Rotherham United.
The young Leeds prospect made his second start for the club as they drew 1-1 with AFC Wimbledon. Gray is gaining valuable experience in senior football, something Leeds see as key for his long-term progress.
Elsewhere in Europe, Isaac Schmidt featured for Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga. He started the match away at Bayer Leverkusen but was taken off at half-time as Bremen slipped to a narrow 1-0 defeat.
