Leeds United Step Up £25M Wonderkid Chase as Scouts Deployed in Major Transfer Push

by Alex Matthews

Leeds United have had problems in attack since returning to the Premier League, and it is now clear that changes are needed.

Last season, the team were full of goals in the Championship. Under Daniel Farke, Leeds played exciting football and scored freely.

But things have been very different this season.

Players like Joel Piroe, Daniel James, and Manor Solomon have not been able to deliver at the same level in the Premier League.

As a result, Leeds have struggled to create chances and score goals consistently.

New Signings Helped But Not Enough

Leeds did try to fix the problem in the last transfer window.

They brought in Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha, and both players have done a decent job.

Together, they have scored important goals and helped the team stay competitive.

But even with those additions, Leeds still lack something in attack.

The wide areas, in particular, have not been good enough. The wingers have not produced enough goals or assists, and that has made it easier for defenders to deal with Leeds.

Leeds Now Target £25m Wonderkid

Because of these problems, Leeds are now looking for a new attacking player.

Reports suggest the club are closely watching Bazoumana Touré, a young winger who is making a name for himself in Germany.

The 18-year-old has been playing for Hoffenheim and has shown great potential this season.

Leeds are not alone in the race. Other Premier League clubs like Bournemouth and Everton are also interested, which could make things difficult.

Scouts have already been sent to watch him, showing how serious Leeds are about this move.

Why Farke Wants a New Winger

Farke has already tried to change things this season.

He started with one system, but later switched formation to try to fix the attack. This shows he knows there is a problem.

The manager wants players who can make a difference in wide areas. He needs pace, creativity, and players who can beat defenders.

Touré is seen as someone who can bring that quality.

He is quick, direct, and has the ability to create chances. These are things Leeds have been missing.

Big Summer Needed for Leeds

The summer transfer window is going to be very important for Leeds United.

The club knows it must improve if they want to stay competitive in the Premier League.

They are not only looking at wingers but also considering bringing in another striker.

Leeds even tried to sign a striker in January, but the deal did not happen. Now, they are ready to try again in the summer.

It will not be cheap, but the club understands that investment is needed.

Fans Want Better Quality in Attack

Leeds fans have been patient, but they know the attack needs to improve.

There is talent in the squad, but it has not been consistent enough.

Players like Wilfried Gnonto and Brenden Aaronson have shown flashes, but more is needed.

Bringing in a player like Touré could give the team a fresh spark and improve results.

Leeds United are clearly planning to fix their attack, and targeting a £25m-rated winger shows real intent.

Daniel Farke knows his team needs more quality, especially in wide areas.

If Leeds can bring in the right players this summer, it could make a big difference for next season.
